How are OrthoFX aligners different?

Your orthodontist will use 3D scanning technology to create a personalized aligner system to gently move your teeth into position, one set of aligners at a time. OrthoFX uses an advanced polymer, FXTetra™, to mold a series of aligners that fit perfectly over your teeth and apply gentle pressure on each tooth to create movement over time.

FXTetra aligners are:

  • Comfortable: Each aligner is created with three layers of material and an elastomeric layer in the middle. This ensures they are strong enough to move your teeth while remaining flexible enough to be comfortable.
  • Stain Resistant: The harder polyester layers on the outside of each aligner repel stains and keep your aligners clear.
  • Super Invisible: The ISO-refractive surface makes your aligners ultra clear and natural looking.
